We've been here in New Panvel at Sector 11 for a good while now. Our office is in the Sai Nirman building, right at Flat 2. It's a busy spot, being so close to the main roads, and we usually start early before the traffic gets too bad. Most of the folks around here know us from the Dolvi site. It’s not a fancy corporate tower or anything, just a regular place where we get the paperwork done and handle the day-to-day operations. Sometimes the rain in Maharashtra gets pretty heavy and we have to watch the windows, but usually, it's just the normal heat we deal with. We have a few desks and some old files stacked up. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once. Panvel has grown a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops around now than there used to be. We keep to ourselves mostly, focusing on the industrial work we handle from this side of town. The commute can be a bit of a pain for some of the guys coming from further away, but we make it work. It's practical. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. The walls are a bit plain, but they do the job. We've got our routine down. Morning tea, check the mail, then get into the steel business stuff. It’s what we know. There's always something to do.
