Indiabulls Real Estate Limited has an office in Flat No 501 at Shree Samarth Housing Society. This is out in New Panvel, specifically Sector-16. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know Panvel has been growing quite a bit lately. Our spot is in Plot No-16. It’s a regular housing society building, so we share the space with families living their lives. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the sector, though it’s mostly other rooftops and trees. We handle the property work from here. The office is simple. We’ve got some desks pushed against the walls and a lot of folders stacked up. New Panvel is a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s where a lot of the new building happens. We spend our time checking on sites or finishing up the legal papers for various plots. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby. You just buzz the door and come up. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with the decor. It is a functional space for a functional job. The pin code is 410206. We keep things moving, even when the power fluctuates or the heat gets a bit much in the summer. It’s just a normal day at work for us in Shree Samarth.
