Housing Development & Infrastructure Limited

Our office is located at R-2, Room No. 06 in the Shri Niwas C.H.S., which is part of the Yugantak Complex. We are out in Sukapur, New Panvel, area code 410206. It’s a modest office where we handle the tasks for Housing Development & Infrastructure Limited. The room is small, but it fits our needs for now. We have some desks, chairs, and a lot of project maps on the walls. Most of our work involves planning and keeping track of different construction sites. Someone is usually here to handle the phone calls and visitors. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of the city, but it's where our work is centered. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy lobby. It's just a regular room in a housing society complex. We like it this way because it keeps us close to the actual areas we are developing. The team is small, mostly just a few engineers and office staff. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office can be quiet during the middle of the day. We just try to keep things moving and stay on schedule with our projects. It’s a straightforward way of working. No frills, just getting the job done from our spot in Sukapur. We usually grab lunch from a local place nearby and get back to checking the blueprints. It’s hard work, but we are used to the New Panvel pace.
