Hindustan Construction Co.Ltd is located at 102, Devi Drishti Palace. This is on Plot 12 in New Panvel, 410206. It is a residential building, so the office feels very much like a flat. We are on the first floor. It is a good spot in New Panvel because it is away from the main chaotic traffic but still easy to get to. We use the different rooms in the apartment for different parts of the business. One room is for the accounts, and the main hall is where we meet to talk about the construction sites. It is quite a peaceful place to work compared to being right on a site. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets. Nothing fancy. We like being in Devi Drishti Palace because it is a clean and well-maintained building. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at blueprints on the big table. We don't have a big marketing team or a flashy showroom. We just have our office where we do the actual work. People usually come by to drop off documents or sign papers. We know the security guards and the other people living in the building. It is a friendly atmosphere for Hindustan Construction Co.Ltd. We just focus on the projects and keep things simple. This office is where all the planning happens before we head out to the field.
