Goradia Special Steels Ltd.

Our company, Goradia Special Steels Ltd., is located out in Village Niphan. We are near the big Bhushan Steels plant, which is a good landmark for finding us. We are on the Savroli-Khaspada Road in the Raigad district. It is a lot different from being in a city like Mumbai. There is more space out here, but it also gets very dusty and hot. We deal with special steels, so we have a lot of heavy material coming in and out. The office is just a small part of the site where we handle the invoices and shipping notes. We have quite a few people from the local villages working with us, which is nice. It is a very practical, hands-on environment. We don't have a polished corporate image. We mostly wear work boots and talk about steel grades and delivery schedules. The road can be a bit rough for the trucks sometimes, especially after the rains. We’ve been in this location for a while now and have seen the area grow slowly. There isn't much in the way of fancy cafes around here, so we usually just bring our own lunch or get something simple nearby. It is a hardworking place, and we just focus on making sure the steel gets to where it needs to go on time. That is our daily routine.
