Gammon India Ltd,Mumbai

We are based in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Ashapura Sadan on plots 45 and 46. It’s a bit away from the main rush of Mumbai, which everyone here appreciates. Being in 302/B gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the street below. The office is usually a bit cluttered with project files and old blue prints that nobody wants to throw away just yet. We’ve been part of the Gammon India setup for a long time. Daily life here is mostly about coordinating with sites and making sure the logistics aren't a mess. It’s busy, but in a predictable way. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow in the mornings, so most of us try to get in early to avoid the wait. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the traffic on the way in. It’s a mix of younger staff and some of the older guys who have seen it all. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, and computers. It works for what we need to do. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, so there’s always something new happening nearby, but inside the office, it’s just the usual routine of getting through the task list. We have a small corner where we keep some snacks and a kettle. Most of the time we're just focused on the screens and trying to meet whatever deadline is coming up next. It's a simple, hardworking life.
