Freight Line India Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No.A-81 in the Aarti C H S. building. Kharghar is a bit of a trek for some of us, but Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm that you get used to after a few years. Our office isn’t anything special to look at from the outside. It’s mostly desks, some old filing cabinets, and the sound of printers going off. We handle a lot of the logistical paperwork that comes with moving goods around. Being in 410210, we see a lot of the local traffic and the way the city is expanding. It gets quite humid here, so we usually have the fans going full blast. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how each other likes their coffee. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans. We just look at the schedules and make sure the shipments are tracked properly. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop and it feels like a bit of a mess, but we manage to get the work done eventually. It’s a practical kind of job. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the boxes get where they are supposed to go without too much trouble. Life in Kharghar is steady, and we’ve become part of the local scenery over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
