We’re based out of Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. Our office is actually inside the Suryakoti Housing Society, specifically in Flat 104 on Plot 16 in Sector-19. It’s a quiet residential building, which makes for a peaceful place to work. We chose this spot because it's away from the main road noise but still easy enough for people to find once they enter the sector. We do a mix of things here, mostly administrative and service-oriented work. It’s a small team, often just two or three of us at the desks. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just ring the bell and come on in. The flat has been converted into an office space with some desks, chairs, and filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people over the phone. Being in Kharghar is nice because the area is open and not as crowded as some other parts of Mumbai. We’ve got some regular clients who know where to find us. We don't do much in terms of advertising or big promotions. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the health I suppose. It’s just a normal everyday office where we try to get our tasks finished by the evening so we can go home to our families.
