Essar Constructions Ltd

We’ve been running Essar Constructions Ltd from the third floor of Jayjayvanthi C.H.S for a while now. Most people know us over in Sector-15 A in New Panvel. It’s a busy spot near Plot No 8. We usually have a lot going on with various projects around Navi-Mumbai, so the office stays quite active during the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we manage just fine getting up to A 302. It's not a fancy setup, just a workspace where we get things done and look over blueprints. We’ve stayed in this part of town because it’s easy for the crew to find and people in the neighborhood know where to drop by if they have questions. You won't find a big lobby or anything like that here. It is just desks, a few chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up. We handle the usual building stuff and try to stay organized, though some days are harder than others when the phones won't stop ringing. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get stressful. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It's a straightforward operation. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. If you’re coming by, just look for the sign near the stairs. There is usually a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open.
