You can find us at Goodwill Paradise, specifically in G-1202 on Plot No. 24. We are out in Sector 15 of Panvel. It’s a growing part of Raigarh, and things have changed a lot around here in the last few years. We work on construction projects across the Maharashtra region. Being in 410210 makes it easier for us to reach different sites. The office isn't anything too special, just a place for us to keep our records and meet with the guys from the sites. We spend a lot of time checking on progress and making sure the materials arrive on time. It is a lot of logistics, really. Some days are just spent on the phone dealing with rain delays or supply issues. That’s just the reality of building things. We have a small team here. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us trying to get the buildings finished. We know the local area well since we’ve been here for a bit. Panvel is getting busier every day, which keeps us on our toes. We handle the paperwork and the physical labor coordination. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We try to be practical about everything. If a problem comes up at a site, we just go there and try to fix it. That's our daily routine.
