BROCADO LLP

Brocado is a small operation located in Shop 03, Plot 72, over in Sector 20 of Ulwe. Ulwe is one of those areas that is still being built up, so there is always a bit of construction noise or dust in the air. We are in the Navi Mumbai part of the Raigarh district. Having a shop on the ground floor makes things easier for us when we have stuff to move in and out. It’s not a very big space, but it serves its purpose for our daily business. We’ve got a counter and some shelves, and there is usually a tea stall nearby where we get our morning chai. The people in Sector 20 are mostly locals or people who have recently moved into the new buildings. It’s a growing community. We don't have a massive marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being there and being consistent. The shop gets a fair amount of light during the day, which is nice. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, but that’s when we catch up on all the logs and the inventory. We’ve seen Ulwe change quite a bit since we first got here, with more roads being paved and more shops opening up. We are just part of the local fabric here, trying to keep our business going and seeing what the future brings for this neighborhood.
