Our space is located in Sukhapur, over in New Panvel. We are in Building 5 of the Shivshayadri housing society, specifically Flat Number 2. It is near the Ayappa Mandir, which makes it easy to find if you are telling someone directions. The Swagat Complex is right there too. It is a quiet residential area mostly, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate hub. We have a small team working out of this flat. We deal with various business things throughout the day. Usually, the morning starts with opening up the windows to let some air in. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, kids going to school and people heading to work. We have a couple of desks pushed against the walls to make more room. The kitchen area is mostly used for making coffee and keeping our lunch boxes. It is not a huge place, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just take that time to chat. Working in Panvel is different from being in the main city because it feels a bit more relaxed. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. It is a simple setup where we just focus on getting through the daily tasks. We have been here for a bit and know the local shops well.
