Asian Fleet Containers

Asian Fleet Containers is over at 303, Ashtavinayak Darshan on Ambernath Road. We are up on the third floor of the building. It is more of an office-based operation here compared to the big container yards near the port. We spend a lot of our time coordinating where the containers are going and making sure the paperwork for the fleet is in order. From our window, you can see the constant traffic on Ambernath Road and all the people heading towards the station. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of logbooks. We have a small tea station in the corner that gets a lot of use throughout the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all end up sitting around waiting for a page to load so we can finish a data entry. It can be a bit frustrating, but that is just how it goes sometimes. We are not trying to be some global giant. We just handle our specific area and try to keep things running as smooth as possible. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We know the local guys who drive the trucks and the other businesses in our building. It is a friendly enough place, though it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office.
