Our office is over at Plot No. D/14 in Siddhivinayak Society on Kamat Lane. We’re right near the municipal office in Raigad, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a busy little area. We’ve been here for quite a while now, doing various types of work related to property and local development. It isn't a high-rise office building, just a regular spot in the society where we can sit down and get things done. We deal with a lot of local folks from around the district. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once. We don't mind. There's always tea going and plenty to discuss. Dealing with land and buildings in Raigad has its own set of challenges, especially with the weather and the local regulations. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just show the plots, explain the paperwork, and help people get settled. Most of us grew up around here, so we have a feel for the land. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the road too, checking on sites. When we're in the office, we're usually catching up on the admin side of things. It’s a bit of a juggle, keeping the files straight and the site visits on schedule, but we've been doing it long enough that we have a system. It's just a local operation, nothing more, nothing less.
