ACD TEAM LLP is based in the Adhiraj Construction area. We are in Mangium-2, which is Plot-32. Our office is Flat-1103 on the 11th floor. This is part of Sector-05 in Panvel, Raigarh. This part of Maharashtra is a bit further out, but it's a place that is growing very fast with a lot of new buildings and people moving in. Our office is in one of these newer developments. Being on the 11th floor means we get a bit of a breeze and it's generally quieter than being down on the street level. The space is a regular flat that we have converted into an office for our team to use. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a practical place with desks, chairs, and our computer equipment. We like the fact that it’s a bit more peaceful out here compared to the chaos of the main city centers. Sector-05 has a lot of construction still going on, but it’s turning into a real business and residential hub. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a big reception area at the front. It’s just us working together in room 1103. The building is easy enough to find if you are already in the Adhiraj complex. We’ve settled in here nicely and it’s a good, honest place for us to run our team operations every day. We just come here, do our jobs, and head home.
