Vrindavan Store

The store is located in Kunkuri, specifically in the Mahua Toli area. It’s a nice spot because it’s near the Golden Dhaba. People usually stop there for a meal and then wander over to us. It’s a local neighborhood store. We carry a bit of everything that people around here might need. The building isn't very large, but we pack a lot onto the shelves. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to find things if you don’t know where they are, but we usually know exactly which corner everything is in. We open early in the morning and stay open until late in the evening. Mahua Toli is a place where everyone knows each other. We spend a lot of time chatting with the neighbors who come in for their daily items. It’s not just about selling things; it’s about being part of the daily life here in Kunkuri. The floor is concrete and we have simple wooden shelves. When it rains, we have to make sure the door is shut tight so the water doesn't come in. It’s a simple life running the store. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who take turns being behind the counter. We keep an eye on the stock and write down what we need to get more of. Vrindavan Store is just a basic place serving the people who live nearby. It's home for us and our work, keeping the community supplied.
