Our office is over in Kamothe, specifically in Sector 36 at Silver Park. If you know the area, it’s plot 45 and 46. We’re up on the fourth floor in flat C/401. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the noisy main roads. Swastik Siddhi Builders and Developers Llp is just a group of us working on building projects around this side of town. We aren't doing anything huge or world-changing, just the regular work that comes with being developers. Kamothe has grown quite a bit lately, and there’s always something new going up. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to the guys on the ground. It’s hard work, and sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or materials not showing up, but that’s just how construction goes. We don’t have any big speeches to give or posters on the wall. We just wanted to set up a place where we could run the business decently. Most of the people here live nearby, so we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. It’s nice being in a residential building like Silver Park because it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We keep things pretty simple. If there's a problem on a site, we go out and see it ourselves. No fancy reports are needed, just figuring out what went wrong and how to fix it. That's really all there is to it. We keep moving from one project to the next.
