Our office is over in Kalamboli, specifically in the Ex Servicemen building. It’s Room No 203 in the B Wing if you are looking for us. Sector 2E is a pretty straightforward part of town, and we’ve been operating Star Estate Marketing Llp from here for a bit. It’s a typical workspace with desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. We focus on the marketing side of property, which basically means we spend a lot of time talking to people and looking at listings. It’s not glamorous work. Sometimes we’re out on-site and other times we’re just stuck here at the desk trying to organize things. Kalamboli has changed a lot lately, and we see that first-hand with the projects coming up. We aren't a huge corporation with a call center. It’s just us. When you call, you’re talking to someone who actually sits in this room. We try to keep things simple. If a property isn't good, we don't try to dress it up as something it isn't. People around here appreciate that. We know the streets and the buildings because we live and work right in the thick of it. The office might be small, but it serves its purpose for the kind of work we do every day. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in, one by one. There is always a lot of tea and coffee going around while we work through the afternoon.
