Sol Joya Developers Llp is located at Shop No 1 in the Pramila CHS, which is in Vidyanagar East in Chendhare. Because we are in a shop unit, we are right on the ground level, which makes it very easy for people to just walk in off the street. Chendhare is a growing area, and being in Vidyanagar East puts us right where a lot of the local development is happening. The office is basically one main room where we have our desks and all our project files. It is a bit small, but it works for us and keeps everyone close enough to talk through problems as they come up. We spend our days dealing with the technical side of development and talking to contractors about the current state of our projects. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, it is just us drinking tea and going over the budget or looking at new land opportunities in the neighborhood. Being in a CHS building means we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around us. It is a very grounded way to do business. We have our signs in the window so people know where to find us, and there is usually someone in the shop from early morning until late evening. It is just a simple, hardworking office for a local developer trying to do right by the community.
