SMILE SAB HOUSING PROJECTS LLP

We have our office on the first floor of Plot No. 38, over in Sector No 1/S on Road No 4. This is in the New Panvel East area of Navi Mumbai. Being in Raigarh district means we are right in the middle of a lot of new growth. Our group is an LLP, so it’s a partnership of people who wanted to get into the housing project side of things. We aren't a massive developer with billboards everywhere. We just focus on small to medium projects around this neighborhood. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of blueprints and samples lying around. It feels like a real workspace. We spend a lot of time talking to local authorities and making sure our paperwork is in order. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like seeing a building actually go up. We know the people around here because many of us grew up in this part of Maharashtra. We talk to our neighbors and the people who might live in the houses we help build. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or supplies, and we have to fix it. That's just how it goes in construction. We keep it honest and try to do a decent job every day. It’s hard work but seeing the families move in makes it worth it.
