For Sandoz Pvt Ltd, we’re based in Panvel. Specifically, we are in B203 of the Rachana Residency. It’s quite near the Ballaleshwar Temple on Tilak Road, which is a very busy and well-known part of town. Having the temple nearby means there’s always a lot of activity on the street, especially during festivals. Our office is on the second floor of the residency building. It’s a decent enough spot, though parking can be a real pain if you don’t get in early. Inside, it’s a pretty standard office setup. We’ve got some desks, a few cupboards full of files, and a small area for making tea. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure the business side of things stays on track. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or corporate posters. We just show up and get through the list of things that need to be handled. Tilak Road is always noisy, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and people outside. It’s just part of the background now. We keep things pretty informal here. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. We aren't interested in sounding more important than we are. We are a private limited company based in Panvel, and we just do our daily work like anyone else. It’s a practical place to be for what we need to accomplish.
