We are over at Shop Number 4 in Sarvodaya Aangan. It is in Karanjade, Sector 4, which is getting busier every year. Being in the Raigarh area means dealing with a lot of humidity and dust, but that is just part of the job here. Ruturaj Developers Llp has been working out of this small office for a bit now. We spend most of our mornings checking on site details and the afternoons handling files. It is not a very big operation. Most people just walk in if they have a question about the local plots or what is coming up next in the neighborhood. We know the roads around here pretty well since we are always moving between the shop and the construction spots. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We do not have a fancy lobby or a lot of staff in suits. It is more about getting the concrete poured and making sure the measurements are right. We have seen Karanjade change quite a bit since we set up at Plot 32. People stop by for tea sometimes and we just talk about the local news. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks and trying to stay on schedule, even when the rain makes everything a mess. That is basically us. Just local folks working in real estate.
