RETHRAJ REALTY LLP is located over at House Number 104 in the B Wing of Yes Residency. It is more of a residential setting than a typical business district, which changes the whole vibe of how we work. Being in Wing B means we are part of a larger community of people living their lives. Our office space is basically a converted flat. It has that lived-in feel, which we think makes it more comfortable for everyone. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around a desk with a laptop and some notebooks. Yes Residency is a decent place to be based. It’s quiet enough that we can get our work done without too many distractions, but we are still close enough to the main parts of town. We spend a lot of our time coordinating different things over the phone. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, making sure everything is where it should be. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with a polished image. We are just people working out of an apartment building, trying to keep things organized. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are a lot of people coming and going from the residency. But we just stick to our routine and get the jobs done. It's nothing fancy, just our daily workplace.
