Prayagraj Builders & Developers LLP is our name. We are located over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Kharghar. Our office is room 805 in the Shah Prima building, which is on Plot No 13 in Sector 2. Kharghar is a pretty nice area, it’s a bit more open than the main city. We’ve been here for some time now, working on different building projects. Being a developer means you have to balance a lot of different things at once. You have to find the land, get the workers, and make sure the materials show up on time. It doesn't always go according to plan. Sometimes the cement is late or the weather turns bad and we lose a week of work. We don't have any polished slogans. We just try to put up solid buildings that people can actually live in. Our office isn't anything special. It’s just a place to keep the computers and meet with the foremen. We spend a lot of time on site because you can't manage a construction project from a desk. You have to be there to see the problems for yourself. We work mostly around the Raigarh district and Navi Mumbai. It’s a lot of long hours and dusty clothes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay standing. It’s a tough business, but we know how to handle it after all these years of trial and error.
