PAWAR PROJECTS LLP

Pawar Projects LLP is tucked away in Sector 1 of New Panvel. We are based in Flat A/7 at Geetanjali CHS on Plot 3. It is a quiet enough area but close enough to the main parts of Navi Mumbai and Raigarh where we usually have things going on. We handle different kinds of project work around here. It usually involves a lot of back and forth between the office and various sites. Living and working in the 410206 area code means we know the local roads and the way things operate around Maharashtra pretty well. It isn't a massive corporate setup with hundreds of people. Instead, it is just a few of us making sure things get done. Some days are slow with just filing and phone calls, and other days we are out until late. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The space in Geetanjali CHS works for what we need. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that because most people just know us through the work we’ve already finished in the neighborhood. It is honest work and we try to keep things simple for everyone involved. Usually, the flat is full of papers and plans spread out on the table. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized. It is a decent way to make a living and we like being part of the New Panvel community. The traffic in Panvel can be a pain, but we manage.
