Opjit

We are based out of the O. P. Jindal Industrial Park in Punjipathra. It is a huge area, and Opjit is just one of the many operations going on here. The park is full of steel and smoke, and it can feel a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. Our building is a solid, gray structure that looks just like all the others. Inside, we have a mix of office space and a larger area for storage and equipment. It’s always a bit noisy because of the surrounding factories, but we’ve learned to talk over it. Most of us commute from the nearby towns, so the parking lot is usually full by eight in the morning. We spend a lot of our time looking at inventory lists or coordinating with the transport guys. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. We have some old furniture in the office and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint. We don’t have a fancy cafeteria, so we usually bring our own lunches and eat at our desks. There is a lot of dust from the industrial park that settles on everything, so we are always wiping things down. It is a place where people come to work hard and then head home to their families. We just focus on keeping our part of the operation running smoothly day after day without any fuss.
