M D PROPCONS LLP

We operate out of Kamdhenu Commerz, specifically in offices 908 and 909. This is over in the Panvel area of Raigarh. It's a busy part of the city, especially with all the new development happening around Maharashtra lately. M D PROPCONS LLP is basically just a group of us who know the local property market. We aren't trying to be some huge international firm. We just focus on what's happening right here in Panvel. The building we are in is quite modern, which is nice because the air conditioning actually works most of the time. Working on the ninth floor gives us a pretty good view, but we are usually too busy looking at blueprints or talking to clients to notice. Sometimes the hallways get a bit loud because there are a lot of other businesses on this floor. We have some basic furniture and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Every morning starts with a quick chat about what needs to be finished before the day ends. We handle a lot of different things related to property and consulting. It's not always exciting work, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just want to do our jobs right and go home to our families at the end of the day. If you're in the Panvel area, you've probably driven past our building a hundred times. We keep the door open during the day so anyone can just stop in.
