We've been at the Madhav Shree Building for a while now. Lower Khopoli is a busy spot, and being in Block No 101 keeps us right in the middle of everything. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we sit and handle the daily real estate work that comes our way. Live 24 Realty Llp is just us, a small team trying to keep up with the local property market. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phone won't stop ringing because someone wants to see a flat or check on some land. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door and showing people maps or paperwork. Moving house or finding a new shop is a headache, so we try to make the paperwork part a bit less of a mess for the folks who walk in. The building is easy enough to find if you know the area. We mostly deal with the people around here because that's what we know best. Sometimes the internet is slow or the office gets a bit dusty, but we stay busy. It’s decent work. We don’t make big promises, we just show what’s available in Khopoli and let people decide for themselves. If you’re around, you’ll likely see us at our desks just getting through the pile of files we have to sort out every week. It's a simple life here in the office.
