LANDSWORTHY ADVISORY LLP

Landsworthy Advisory LLP is located in Dhokawade, which is a small area in Alibag. We are based at Ramesh Anant Mhatre’s place. If you know Alibag, you know it’s a beautiful part of the Raigad district, especially being so close to the coast. But where we are is a bit more tucked away. It’s a very local, rural setting. We don't have a high-rise office or any of those corporate amenities. We just have a desk, some chairs, and our computers. Our work involves a lot of advisory stuff, so we spend a lot of time reading through documents and talking to people about their needs. It is quiet out here, which is good for thinking. Sometimes you can hear the birds or the local traffic, but mostly it is just a calm place to get work done. We started this because we wanted to offer advice from a place we actually know and care about. We don't use big words or try to sound like we’re from a big city firm. We are just local people who know how things work in this part of Maharashtra. We take our time with our work and make sure it's done right, because that’s what matters at the end of the day. Being in Alibag also means the pace is a bit different, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is just a few of us here.
