KT & LK INFRA LLP

You can find us at Laxmi Heights, specifically on the 7th floor in Plot No 78. We are right in Sector 18 of Panvel. KT & LK INFRA LLP is the name on the door, though most of us just think of it as our second home at this point. Being in Raigarh means we deal with a lot of different people from around the area. The office has a pretty good view from the 7th floor, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding neighborhood. Panvel is always growing, so there is always something happening outside. We have a simple routine here. Arrive early, get the coffee started, and dive into the paperwork. The office is organized but it definitely looks like people work here—there are stacks of paper and maps everywhere. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the projects stay on track. The building is easy to spot once you get into Sector 18. We’ve got a few chairs for visitors, but we spend most of our time on our feet or hunched over desks. It’s a practical space for a practical business. Sometimes the humidity in Maharashtra gets to us, but the office stays relatively cool. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a solid place to work from.
