Jaibharat Paddy Processing Pvt. Ltd. is located at House No. 16/167 in Kharsia village. We are right in the Raigarh district, not too far from the Kharsia Road. Our main thing is processing paddy, which is a big part of life in this area. The facility is a big part of the local landscape here. You can hear the machines humming from quite a distance when we're in the middle of a busy season. We have a lot of space for storage and for the trucks to turn around. It's a village-based business, so we know most of the farmers who bring their harvest to us. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We take the paddy, process it, and move it on. It’s a dusty, loud, and busy place to be, but it’s what we know. We’ve had to fix the roof a few times and the gate is a bit squeaky, but it doesn't stop us from getting the work done. Our days start early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get a head start on the heat. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look corporate. We just have our staff who know how to handle the grain and keep the machines running. It’s simple, hard work that keeps the village moving, and we’re happy to be a part of it.
