Iristo Realty Llp

You can find us up on the ninth floor, room A 902, in the Yashvasin building. We are based out of Sector 27 in Kharghar. It is a busy spot, and there is always something happening outside. Iristo Realty Llp is mostly just a small team of us working together. We share some space with Sai Developers on Plot No. 38. It is not a huge setup, just enough desks for us to keep our files organized and meet with people who want to talk about property. Kharghar has changed a lot since we first started coming around here. There is a lot of dust from all the construction, but that is a good sign for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to look at different sites. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We do not really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just tell people what we know about the local plots and what is coming up. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen us working in the area. It is honest work. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the process of finding a place. It is just about being here every day and doing what needs to be done. The view from the ninth floor is actually pretty nice when the sky is clear.
