Ind Synergy Ltd.(Integrated Steel & Power Plant)

We are the Integrated Steel & Power Plant branch of Ind Synergy Ltd. and we are way out in Village Kotmar. Our address is B21, P.B. No. 32, and you have to drive a bit through the Raigarh district to get to us. It is a big site, so there is always something going on. You can hear the machinery and see the trucks moving in and out most of the time. Karni Singh Champawat is a name you might hear around the office quite a bit. Working at a plant like this means there is a lot of dust and it gets very loud, but that’s just the nature of the business. It’s not like a quiet office in the city. We have a lot of space out here in Kotmar, which is good because we need it for all the gear and the power setup. The sun really beats down on the plant during the day, so everyone stays pretty busy and focused. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just people here to work or deliver things. It is a very practical environment. We just focus on the daily output and making sure everything is running like it should. It’s a lot of hard work and the days can be long, but we’ve got a good group of people out here who just get on with it.
