We are set up right behind the Ram Lila Maidan here in Raigarh. Being in Baikant Pur means we’re close to a lot of the action. This town has grown a lot, and we’ve been here for a good chunk of it. Working on cooling towers isn't always pretty. It’s a lot of metal, water, and making sure everything stays cool when the sun is beating down on us in Chhattisgarh. Our shop isn't hard to find if you know where the Maidan is. We mostly deal with the industrial side of things. It’s a small crew of us. We show up, do the job, and move on to the next one. Sometimes the parts take a while to arrive, but that's just how it goes with shipping these days. We’ve had some long days out in the heat. It’s noisy work, but someone has to do it. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from other folks in the industry. We try to keep things simple. If a tower breaks, we look at it and tell you what’s wrong. No big speeches or fancy reports. Just grease, tools, and getting the fans spinning again. The humidity here can be tough on the equipment, so we spend a lot of time cleaning out scales and fixing leaks. It's dusty and loud, but it's what we know best. We take our lunch breaks together under the shade of the big tree out back.
