You can find Fire Bowl Bistro Llp at Shop No. 1 on the ground floor of the Hari Heritage building. We are located right there on Plot No. 17A through 20 in Sector 22 of Kamothe. It is a decent-sized spot in Navi Mumbai, and we have put a lot of hard work into getting the kitchen set up the way we want it. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and the smell of the stove getting hot for the day. It is a lot of work running a bistro, much more than most people think when they sit down to eat. There is always a floor to sweep or a table that needs a bit of a wobble fixed. We handle everything from the cooking to the cleaning ourselves, along with a couple of helpers who have been with us for a while. The Raigarh area gets quite busy, so we see a lot of different faces coming through the door every week. Sometimes we run out of something on the menu because the delivery did not show up, and we just have to explain it to people as best as we can. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just have our kitchen and the tables we have set out. It gets very hot in the kitchen during the lunch rush, and sometimes the orders pile up, but we just take them one by one. It is a local business, through and through.
