You can find the Durachi Constructions Llp office at Flat No E 103 in the Mangalmurti Complex. It’s located near survey numbers 182, 183, and 11 in Vichumbe. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the whole area change quite a bit. There’s a lot of new buildings going up all the time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the computers and the rolls of blueprints. We’re mostly out on the field anyway. We think it’s better to be on-site where the actual work is happening rather than sitting in a chair all day. We do all kinds of construction work, from the foundations up to the finishing touches. We aren't the type of people who use fancy language or try to impress you with big words. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out the best way to do it. Sometimes it's a headache with all the permits and the paperwork, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just a small crew of guys who take pride in doing a solid job. We don't spend money on advertising because we’d rather let the work speak for itself. If you’re in Vichumbe and you see a new project, there’s a good chance we might be involved. We like the local feel of being in a complex like Mangalmurti. It keeps us grounded and close to the community.
