Drt-Anthea Aroma Chemical Pvt. Ltd. is situated on Plot No. 51A/1 in the Roha Industrial Area. This section of Village Roth Budruk is mostly filled up with other big factories and tall warehouses. It is a proper industrial zone, so you won't find many trees or quiet corners around here. We have a lot of metal pipes and big tanks at our facility. The air sometimes has a specific scent to it because of the chemicals we handle, which makes sense given the name of the place. It is a very structured environment because we have to follow a lot of safety rules and protocols every single day. The staff mostly works in shifts. You will see people in their uniforms and safety gear moving around the plot at all hours of the day and night. We have a small office area for the managers to do their admin work, but most of our space is taken up by the big production equipment. It is definitely not a place for visitors to just wander around. Everything has a specific spot where it belongs. We deal with a lot of trucks coming into the Roha Industrial Area to pick up heavy barrels or drop off new supplies. Village Roth Budruk is just a short way down the road, and that is where many of our workers live. It is a very hardworking atmosphere. We don't have much time for anything decorative or for fancy lobbies. The focus is always on the machines and the production line.
