DROPMAT INFRA LLP

Dropmat Infra LLP is over in Karanjade at Satyam Prestige. It's in Sector 4, specifically Plot 14, Flat B 203. We've been operating out of this spot for a bit now. Shree Enterprises is right there too. Most days we are just busy with the usual infrastructure work that needs doing around this part of Navi Mumbai. It gets pretty hectic sometimes with all the new developments happening nearby. We started this because we knew the area well and saw there was a lot of ground that needed covering. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and coordinate with the guys on-site. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different plots. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials get where they need to go. Karanjade is growing fast, so there is always something going on outside the window. We mostly focus on the technical side of things and making sure the projects actually move forward. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the rains, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren’t trying to be the biggest outfit around, just one that shows up and does what is expected. If you’re ever near Sector 4, you’ve probably seen the building. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our operations that way too. No complicated setups, just us working from the flat. It’s been an interesting journey so far.
