Citron Buildcon Llp is located in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector-20 of the Kharghar area. Our office is Shop No. 12 in the Yash Avenue Chs Ltd building, which sits on Plot No. 51/C. Kharghar is a part of the city that has grown a lot, and we’ve seen it change quite a bit from our little shop-front office. We are in the Raigarh district, and it’s a good spot for a building company like ours. The office is a simple one, with just enough room for our desks, some filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. We don't use any fancy marketing talk when we speak with people. We just tell them what we are working on and how the projects are moving along. Most of our time is spent coordinating between different sites and making sure we have enough materials and labor. It can get pretty busy, especially in the mornings when we are setting the schedule for the day. Sector-20 is a nice area with a lot of other small businesses around us. We have a regular routine of checking the mail, making calls, and keeping our records in order. It’s honest work and we like the community here in Navi Mumbai. We just try to do a good job on our projects and keep the business running smoothly from our office at Yash Avenue. There are many tall buildings around, but we focus on our own corner.
