Our location is in the HOC Colony in Rasayani, specifically the Type 34/4 area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot out here in the Raigad district, far away from the big city noise of Mumbai. Working for Cipla in a place like this has a different feel to it. It’s more of a community. We see the same people every day and everyone knows who is working which shift. The building is standard for the colony—nothing that would stand out to a stranger. Inside, we are mostly focused on the daily routine of the pharmaceutical world. There’s a lot of focus on the details, as you’d expect. We spend our time checking through the logs and making sure the facility is kept in order. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. Sometimes the weather out here gets pretty intense during the monsoon, and we have to manage that along with our regular work. We don't have any big signs or flashy advertisements. We just do the work that needs doing in the lab or the office. It’s a practical atmosphere. People here are mostly local or have lived in the colony for years. We just keep our heads down, follow the procedures, and make sure everything is handled correctly before we go home to our families. We find that a quiet approach works better for everyone involved in the long run.
