Cinco Builtco Llp

Cinco Builtco Llp is based out of Plot No. 61 in the United Emporio building. We are located in Sector 11 of Kharghar, right behind the Ryan School. If you know the Panvel area, you probably know how much it’s been developing lately. We are right in the thick of it. Our office isn’t huge, but it works for us. We spend most of our time dealing with building and construction stuff. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up on time. We don't have a polished front desk or a bunch of slogans on the wall. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the job done. Kharghar is a good place to be because things are always moving. We try to be practical about how we handle our projects. Sometimes the traffic in Panvel makes things slow, but we deal with it. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big speeches. We just want to make sure the work we do stands up. Being behind a school means it gets a bit loud in the afternoons, but we don’t mind. It’s a real neighborhood feel. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the sector grow quite a bit. It’s just us, a small team trying to do things the right way without any extra fluff or corporate nonsense. We just keep our focus on the current build and try to stay on schedule as best we can.
