CHEERFUL BUILD UP LLP

We started Cheerful Build Up LLP here in Kharghar at Rail Vihar. It is just a regular flat, F202, where we keep all our files and meet up before heading to sites. Being in Sector 4 is handy because things are growing fast around here. Most days are just spent looking at plans or talking to workers on the phone. It gets pretty busy. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we just keep going. We aren’t a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space. My desk is usually covered in papers and some coffee mugs. We’ve lived in this area for a while, so we know the roads and the people. Building things isn't always easy, there are always delays with supplies or labor, but that is just part of the job. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. People stop by the flat sometimes to ask about projects. It is a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, but we make it work. Kharghar is a good place to be based. The wind comes off the hills and it feels alright even when the work is tough. We just handle the everyday tasks one by one. There is no big secret to how we run things, we just show up and do what needs doing. It’s a local business, plain and simple.
