Castella Food Industry Llp

Our business is located in Shop No. 1 at Nilkant Niwas CHS Ltd. It’s on Plot Number G/28 in Ssector 12. We’ve been running Castella Food Industry as an LLP for a bit now. It’s a small operation, really. We spend our time managing the food production and making sure the shop stays in order. Ssector 12 is a good place to be, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes when the street gets full. We aren't some big, polished company with a PR department. It’s just us doing the work every day. Sometimes we’re still here late at night figuring out the next day's schedule. The shop is small, so we have to be very organized with how we store everything so we don't trip over things. We don't have any big slogans or goals that sound like they came from a book. We just try to make good food products that people will actually want. Some days are harder than others, and things don't always go perfectly. We might run out of something or have a slow day, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a local business. We’ve gotten to know the people around Nilkant Niwas pretty well over time. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood. We don’t do much advertising. We just rely on people seeing us when they walk by. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
