Our base is over in Panvel, specifically Flat 1801 in the B-Wing of Mahavir Heritage. It’s in Sector 35G, which is a pretty quiet residential area for the most part. Since we are contractors, we use this flat as our main office where we handle all the paperwork and meeting stuff. It’s not your typical storefront or office building. It’s a bit more personal than that. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between Raigarh and other parts of Maharashtra for different building jobs. Living and working in Panvel is good because it’s growing so fast, so there is always work to be found nearby. The office itself is usually cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or electrical parts. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us. We get our work through word of mouth mostly. People know where we are if they need to talk about a renovation or a new build. We try to keep our overhead low so we can stay competitive. It’s a simple setup in a nice building. We like the view from the 18th floor too. It’s a good place to sit and think about the next project.
