Out in the Taloja industrial area, you will find us at Topaim Properties Pvt. Ltd. Our office is at V-19, MIDC, in the Raigad district. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space and the industrial feel of the neighborhood. The Taloja MIDC is a huge place, and we are just one of the many companies trying to make things work in this part of Maharashtra. The weather out here can be quite extreme, especially during the heavy rains when the roads get a bit tricky. Our building at V-19 is a functional structure, built for work rather than for showing off. We deal with property matters, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps, deeds, and legal papers. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but we find it interesting enough. The office has a few old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. It is just a few of us sitting here, handling calls and meeting people who have business in the area. Sometimes we go out for tea at the small stall near the main gate. It’s a quiet life in a busy industrial zone, and we just keep doing our bit every day without much fuss or fanfare. Being in Raigad-410208 has its own pace that we have all grown very used to over the years.
