Youngstone Projects India Llp is located in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. We have a small shop, number 23, in the Rishikesh CHS building. This is on a big plot that covers numbers 29, 30, and 31 in Sector 34. Kamothe is a busy place these days, and Sector 34 is right in the middle of a lot of new activity. Having a shop-front office makes it easy for anyone to walk in and see what we are working on. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for our desks, a few chairs, and all the project files we need to keep track of. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the Raigad district area. The office can get a bit noisy with the street sounds outside, but we don't mind it. It keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We started Youngstone because we wanted to be involved in the growth of Navi Mumbai. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a group of people working out of a shop in a residential society. Sometimes we are so busy with site visits that the shop might be quiet for an hour, but there’s always someone coming back soon. It’s a very hands-on way to run a project business. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. If you’re in Sector 34, just look for Rishikesh CHS and you’ll find Shop 23. We’re just local people building things here in our corner of Raigad.
