YASH CONSTRUCTIONS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

Yash Constructions INFRA Private Limited is located in Sector 10 of Panvel. We have Office No 904 inside the Juhi Habita building on Plot No 274. Being in Raigarh means we are a bit away from the main Mumbai craziness, but it’s still busy enough with all the development. The office is on a high floor, so we get a bit of a breeze which is nice. We do construction work, so there’s always something going on at a site somewhere nearby. This office is just the home base where we handle the logistics and the payroll. There’s a lot of talk about materials, labor, and timelines throughout the day. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing all afternoon. We have a small crew and we’ve known each other for many years. It’s a straightforward setup for us. We have some desks, a few cabinets for the blueprints, and a water cooler that’s always empty when you really need a drink. We aren't interested in being flashy or showing off. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and safe. Panvel is changing a lot, with new roads and complexes popping up everywhere you look. We are just one of the many businesses trying to keep up with it all. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the local community. We finish our day and head home like everyone else.
