You can find us at Sector-30 in Kharghar. We go by the name XIANT ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our office is actually located in Flat No. 01 at Plot No-6/A. Kharghar is a newer part of Navi Mumbai, so there is always some kind of building work going on somewhere nearby. It is a bit quieter than the main city, which we definitely like. We handle both engineering tasks and construction stuff. Most of our day is spent looking at technical drawings or talking to laborers on the site. It is a very hands-on business. We are not much for fancy talk or corporate jargon. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take a month, we say it will take a month. The office is small, but it is where all the planning and math happens. Living and working in Navi Mumbai is pretty convenient for us. We have seen this area grow so much in just the last few years. It is exciting to be part of that change. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have tea outside the plot while we discuss the tasks for the day. It is not a glamorous life, but it is honest work. Engineering can be tricky, and construction always has its surprises. We just deal with things as they come up.
