Virya Realties Llp

Our small setup for Virya Realties Llp is tucked away in J002 of the Siddhivinayak Eden complex. If you know the area around Palaspa Village in Panvel, you probably have passed by us without even realizing it. We are right there at Survey No 121/6 and 121/9. Honestly, the office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular ground-floor space where we keep our files and drink too much tea while talking to people about local plots. The traffic on the way into Navi Mumbai can be a real headache some mornings, but being based right here makes it easier to keep an eye on things happening in the neighborhood. We started out here because we knew the Panvel side was growing, and it felt right to be where the actual ground work is. Most days it is just a few of us sitting around desks piled with maps and some dusty paperwork. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or those big glass doors you see in the city. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and trying to make sense of the local land records which are always a bit of a puzzle. People from the village often stop by just to say hello or ask what is being built down the road. It’s a bit noisy when the construction nearby gets going, but we have gotten used to the sound by now.
