We are located on New Line Road 10 in Manchar. It’s a busy spot and we deal with all sorts of car troubles every day. Usually, the place is covered in oil and grease, which is expected when you're working on engines all the time. We aren't a big dealership, just a garage where we get our hands dirty. Some days we have more cars than we have space for, so things can get a little tight in the yard. I've been working on motors for a long time and decided to stay here because the local people needed a place to get their vehicles fixed. We don't use any fancy diagnostic computers unless we really have to; mostly it’s just listening to the engine and knowing what’s wrong. It can be a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. We have a couple of helpers who are learning the trade. People bring their old trucks and cars here when they start making weird noises. We don't promise it will look brand new, but we make sure it runs right. The tools are mostly scattered around the benches because we’re always in the middle of a job. It’s hard work, and my clothes are always stained by the end of the shift. That’s just life at the shop. We stay open until the last job is done. It's a simple life for us here in Manchar.
